Cranberry Sauce
Dr. Bain makes this healthy cranberry sauce for her family every
Thanksgiving. Take advantage of those cranberries available in the
winter season.
1 cup water
¼ cup of Truvia Baking Blend
1 bag fresh cranberries
2 cups peeled & cubed cooking
apples
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
In a medium saucepan, combine water and Truvia Blend. Bring to a
boil,
stirring to dissolve Truvia Blend. Add cranberries and apples.
Boil gently
for 3-4 minutes or until cranberry skins "pop." Stir occasionally.
Add
spices to taste. Cover and Chill in refrigerator for up to 1
week.
